Pre-Vocational Training prepares people with significant needs for the workplace.

With the economy as it currently stands, more than ever people with disabilities are left unemployed and unengaged in meaningful activities.  Because of the recent developments we at Yakima Specialties want to identify if there is a need to develop a Pre-Vocational Program that would support people with the most significant disabilities to ensure they are engaged in daily meaningful activities to include Pathways to Employment.

If developed; this program would provide all work related activities including hands on work training, social skills training, including communication, and community integration.
