Our Clients
Yakima Specialties strives to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities by providing training to individuals to perform vocational skills valued by society.
We began with a wood shop, building pallets, tree spreaders and cutting lumber. In 1988 we added a laundry facility serving the needs of the medical community and now have a janitorial service providing cleaning services throughout the Yakima area. We are constantly looking for new ways to provide work opportunities for those with challenges who desire employment. Yakima Specialties, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) corporation managed by a 15 person volunteer board of directors comprised of business and community leaders.
